Delete your Kept account
Kept is a receipt app for iPhone and Android, made by Spintech LLC. You can delete your Kept account and its data here, without the app.
What's deleted
Deleting your account permanently deletes:
- Your receipts, with their photos, PDFs, and emails
- Your tax packs and data exports
- Your categories and tags
- Your Kept email address and verified senders
- Your account and its settings
When: right away from Kept's servers. Your phones signed in to Kept are signed out within an hour. Encrypted backups expire within 12 months. This can't be undone.
Kept Pro: deleting your account doesn't cancel a subscription. Cancel it in the App Store or Google Play, as the support page explains, so you're not billed again.
Before you delete, you can save a copy of everything in the app: Settings, Export all my data.
In the app, go to Settings, Data and privacy, Delete account. Or sign in here, with the email address or Apple or Google account you use with Kept.
